Shipping Methods

Apart from specifically listed in-stock items, all our designgs are made to order. The average turnaround time is 8-10 weeks, however contact us if you need it earlier and we may be able to help. We will certainly try!

All dresses are shipped worldwide from our workshop in Brooklyn, NY via UPS or FedEx. You will receive an email with tracking details once your package has been sent.

If you wish to return an item, please make sure to read the return policy below. All returns must be sent with tracking. We do not accept responsibility for any merchandise returned without tracking details that gets lost or stolen.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

All dresses are made to order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase you're welcome to return it within 10 days of receipt.

All items must be in original packaging (including dress bag), with all original tags, unwashed, unaltered, no hair, stains, rips or lint. Items without tags or in any way damaged can not be returned. 

Dresses with stains, perfume or in any other way not in original condition, will be subject to a 40% re-stocking fee or refusal of return.

To return an item:

  • Email us to obtain a returned item number at info@pennyprincessbridal.com

  • Ship your item out within 10 business days of receipt. Items returned after this time can not be accepted. 

  • We will email you upon receipt and issue a full refund within 10 business days. 

Items that can not be returned:

  • Final Sale items

  • Customized items

  • Items that have been in any way damaged or are not in their original condition.

  • Digital products
